11 year old beaten for not serving tea on time

In Rahim Yar Khan a young boy named Mohammad Nasir was beaten with the cricket bat by the owner for not serving tea on time. In fact he hung the boy upside down from the ceiling fan & kept hitting him with the bat.

Nasir works at a burger shop where he earns just 1000 a month. His parents are poor, so he can’t go to school. This little boy has been helping out his parents.

On Friday, he was asked to get some tea by his owner Chaudhry Niaz. It took Nasir a little longer than usual & for this reason, he was brutally beaten up by the owner. He tied him up to the ceiling fan. When people intervened, he stopped for a while, but when they dispersed, he started hitting him again. He was also seen running after Nasir with burning tongs from the stove after some time.

Following the incident, a commission agent and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Chaudhry Zahoor Gujjar forced Rasool to let the boy go and also called the police to the scene. Seeing the police, Rasool fled from the scene.

Nasir has got severe wounds & he has also suffered a head injury. A case has also been registered against the owner.

We have certainly no respect for life. 1^st of all, these children are deprived of their childhood, then they are abused either physically or sexually. Just imagine how humiliated Nasir must be right now. We all are sensitive about ourselves. I don’t think it’s too hard to imagine how it feels to be insulted. More than the wounds, it’s the insult that bothers for a very long time. And just as usual the culprit is on the run.

Not even a faint flicker of hope

Since the clerics are so much in these days, one can’t ignore the fact when they prefer to keep their mouths shut. And that also happens on a variety of occasions.

In the early 80s, some landlords in Punjab made women parade naked on the streets. They even blackened their faces. And this evil practice of insulting the very existence of women still continues to this day. I have never heard of any fatwa issued against this evil practice. I’m sure these maulanas cannot even think of taking a stand against such influential feudal lords.

It was on a panchayat order that a woman was gang-raped by men in this country. 3 year old girl child was raped & later on killed by 2 policemen. More than a decade ago, when an infant was left on the stairs of the mosque, one maulana ordered people to lynch the baby as he could have been illegitimate. Such babies are murdered every day but yeah they are killed in different way. Sometimes they even get rid of such babies by throwing acid on them; sometimes they leave them in garbage where strays harm them; sometimes they are buried alive. Clerics were even against Edhi when Edhi & his wife decided to provide home to such babies & begged people not to kill them.

I think the contribution of these clergymen is zero & when they do contribute, it’s invariably evil. They instigate people & those idiots kill people. This is not Islam.

Lately 2 pregnant women were tortured & killed by their own families but I never heard any fatwa against such husbands. Yesterday I reported about a woman who was tortured cause she took a short cut to reach home early & I’m sure noble people wouldn’t even bother to think about her.

People may say that incest cannot exist in any Islamic country, but very strangely, we all personally know victims of sexual abuse. Moreover, cases of harassment are also very common in universities, but no action has ever been taken against such teachers.

2 days ago, Veena Malik was insulted & humiliated on national TV. Had she been from an influential family, this wouldn’t have happened? People have this set, rotten view regarding actresses. I don’t even want to talk about that, but it only reflects how ugly & obscene people are. They don’t allow anyone to breathe in fresh air. They can’t see anyone happy or having fun.

When we talk about those who commit suicide, there are always people who of course have this holier-than-thou attitude about themselves & that allows them to weigh the faith of victims in their screwed up balance. Religion has only become a source of discrimination. I remember few days ago, this fanatic in a particular area killed some Ahmedi & said that he would kill all the Ahmedis in that vicinity.

What can one say about fanatics? They won’t ever protect the weak, but they would support any terrorist just because he/she is a Muslim. Countless women & men are in jail, thanks to infamous laws, but we are not even supposed to talk about that, cause it’s nothing short of blasphemy.

I haven’t seen clerics taking any action against those people who killed Muneeb & Mugheez. In fact, people to this day question their innocent. They were tortured to death & people made videos. It happened in the month of Ramazan.

A sex worker was recently raped but everyone was more concerned about her profession & character. So what if someone is a slut? Does it allow people to rape her & then get away with it?

I do not think only women are suffering. Even men, kids, teenagers, old people, eunuchs, prostitutes – they all have problems & the main reason behind every headache happens to be people who think they are more noble than the word noble. I know nothing has been done & nothing will ever be done. Only mad people will go on crucifying the innocent. This has always happened & this will continue to happen.

Woman tortured for taking a short cut

A woman was tortured in Uch Shareef as she dared to take a short cut to reach her home. You’re supposed to take permission of landlords of that particular land & this woman was in a hurry as it was already very dark.

Nasreen Elahi has 2 children & she has a small land of her own. After she was done with work, she took the shorter route through the fields & that land belonged to Saleem. 4 men out of no where came & started beating her with sticks & they also cut her with a scythe. She doesn’t remember much & the next thing she knows is that she woke up in the hospital. She has severe injuries but she will survive.

She was left in the nearby field & her son found her when he heard the rumor that someone has been beaten. An FIR has been registered against Saleem but he has escaped.

Although we do not report about such incidents every day, but they occur on a daily basis. They have no respect for women. They don’t mind hitting them & it doesn’t matter if anyone dies. The culprits always manage to escape. But, for the most part, people in our part of the world are busy judging Veena Malik. There are bigger issues at hand & there can be nothing right about any kind of abuse.I think how they are judging & bothering Veena Malik - that is also one form of abuse. They are mentally harassing her.

Two pregnant women tortured & killed by husbands

2 pregnant women were killed in Khanewal & Vehari by their husbands. In-laws were also party to it. The police have arrested both the husbands & one of them has admitted his crime.

In both the cases, the husbands believed their wives had illicit relationships.

Asma, who was 8 month old pregnant was actually killed in front of her mother. They (the husband & his family) beat her with iron rods. The signs of torture were visible on the body of the victim. Moreover, they were about to bury her, but the police seized the body.

Shaista is the other victim. She was also 8 month pregnant & the husband suspected her of having an affair with someone. She died after severe torture. Her husband has admitted that he killed her, cause they used to have constant fights. She wanted him to move out of his parents’ house.

These are cold-blooded murders. It just proves that there is not much difference between humans & beasts. Husbands are ever ready to kill wives on suspicion & they usually get away with it as well.

Incidentally both the victims were 8 month pregnant. One has to be really heartless to go on torturing pregnant women. Can’t they just divorce women, if they think they have cheated on them? Is it essential to murder someone? Does that make anyone man enough? We all know the answer to it.

A mother of 12 children tortured by ex-husband

This is not a new story. Women are humiliated & insulted on a daily basis. Men think it’s their right to torture & beat the shit out of their wives ex-wives, sisters, daughters & in some cases, also mothers.

Today I read this story about a woman named Zohra who had been tortured by her ex-husband. She went to her ex-sister-in-law’s house as someone died over there. Her ex husband saw her & he was so pissed off that he held her at gun point & forced his nephews to shave off her head & eye brows. This is the height of insanity!

Zohra has filed a case against Abdul Sattar. All this happened in Larkana. Although the police raided the house of his sister, but he escaped. He hasn’t been located as yet. According to Zohra, he might be at her daughter’s house.

Well I do not know if there’s any justification for beating anyone, but men would give you 101 reasons. If a woman is a psycho, he has the right to hit her. Can’t you just leave her & move on?

I also read one comment in some other article that men who abuse women can’t understand English, so it would be a lot better if such articles are published in Urdu dailies. Maybe this person lives in another world or something. Domestic abuse, be it physical or sexual exists everywhere. You’re highly demented if you believe that it only happens in one specific class.

The wives of clerics are often admitted in the hospitals. They continuously have anal sex with them & women don’t even think that it’s an abuse. No one even talks about it, cause people love to keep mum about such things & the one who protests against it is of course sick.

Generally speaking, there are lots of people we can’t stand & they do get on our nerves. Naturally we leave them rather than beat or affront them. It’s another thing that annoying & clinging people don’t understand anything at all.

In this particular case, Zohra & Abdul Sattar have 12 kids. Its’ amusing that people manage to produce dozen kids even when they are not friends.And later on, they have no shame insulting & abusing the mother of their own kids.

Chinese Woman Forced To Have Abortion At Eight Months

This is so insane, I just read on twitter that a pregnant woman in China was forcibly taken from her home by a dozen people. She was kept in detention for three days by family planning officials. She was then taken to a hospital and forcibly given a drug that killed her baby. All this was done because the couple already had a daughter and China is very rigid on its one child policy.

People who refuse to abide by the law lose their jobs, property and money because China believes in controlling its population growth and this has been practiced for the last 30 years. As robotic as it sounds, it is obviously quite in human. 

Recently people, very few have them started speaking their mind through the virtual media and social campaigners. 

Like I say time and again, inhumanity is so common. We have entire nations and countries working to promote it. It is just an insane world.

Nothing short of hell

Sometimes I don’t understand why this world has been creating. People are so full of shit. They just go around hurting & killing people. On top of it, nothing could be done to stop this hatred.

Reading horrifying reports is a norm. Many a time, even I don’t feel a thing while reading all these reports. It’s just not possible to be empathetic all the time when such incidents happen every day. Anyhow a young man has killed his 18 year old cousin. He shot her 3 times in the face & she died on the spot. His proposal has been rejected by the father. He came with 2 other guys to convince the uncle & when he refused, this guy went in the kitchen & fired 3 times at the girl.

Of course it’s nothing new. Suitors often kill or throw acid on the faces of such girls when they are being rejected by the parents or the girls. Survivors are only living corpses. People hate so much that they don’t have any fear of God. Otherwise why would anyone take such drastic & crazy measures against any being. But all this happens, cause the foundation of justice in this country is weak. In fact the judiciary has become a mockery. Actually I don’t give a damn to that, but the future of any country is bleak when the crime rate increases & the conscience of people is dead.

It seems that the other name of hell is this world where people have no problem in devouring others.

Waiting game

We were having a discussion on a friend’s status & I said that waiting in itself is torture. However she believes that the promise will be answered. This is what I scribbled but I liked it so much that instead of posting it on her status, I thought of posting on our blog :P

What you regard as a promise that is taken as trials by many. Where you are standing, I’ve been there. We get answers but by the time, we get answers the questions change.

People give me a bad feeling (specially the ones who send love & act all nice) & that’s one of the reasons why I didn’t want to continue the discussion over there. I feel bad that I always do this to this particular friend but then I don’t even want my good friends to agree with me. Time is one factor that defines everything for you. You just have to wait. I don’t like to deceive myself & I also don’t believe in giving myself false hopes. In a way, optimism is a good thing but hopes get shattered eventually & that hurts. I actually came too far but everyone has to taste it for himself/herself. Maybe it’s different for everybody. We get the answers. God is not silent. When we wait & go through shit, the meaning of a thing also changes as we change.

How much is too much?

I haven’t been in a very good mood today, so I thought why not write something on Taliban. Yesterday they kidnapped 500 students. How do they manage to do all this in somebody else’s country? That’s actually a mind-boggling question.

There are in the newspapers every day. Sometimes they are even being killed. I don’t know if that’s good news. The other day I read that an infant died as there was no water. His parents were getting away from the damn area on foot. Since there was no water, the baby died. He was 2 month old. The lovers of Taliban can call it anything, but I call it murder.

I have been thinking if dysfunctional is the right word for them. Or they are just plain crazy. They persecute in the name of religion. They say that they are on some sort of jihad. Of course they are trying to prove something, which only they can decipher themselves.

Few months ago, they also flogged a female in Swat. And the way those men were holding that female…that was quite weird. Everything about them is so weird. And yet these lunatics have some kind of support.

It seems we have a set of mad people who are trying hard to tell us something. It’s like…we have some questions…we don’t have any answer…and there are some really dangerous crazy people out there who just love to kill, kidnap, & torture others who aren’t following them.

Since I don’t like them at all, it doesn’t matter how my words are taken.

Killing of dogs in Karachi

Dogs are being killed on a daily basis in Karachi. And guns are being used to kill them. Not just adult dogs but also puppies including new born babies are being killed ruthlessly. They just want to wipe out dogs from this city.

DHA society came up with this idea in Lahore few years ago. In posh areas, they didn’t allow dogs & the only way to stop them was to shoot them. Most of the shooters aren’t even good shooters. Many a time, the animal suffers for too long & then he dies.

I used to give food to some dogs & their puppies. This year all those dogs & their pups were being shot. I don’t expect much change in this bloody system that doesn’t know any educated way of dealing with a problem, if stray dogs & their puppies are a problem, to begin with. Well that’s how I see it - humans are the ones who are torturing & brutally killing them! These are the posh areas where the minds of humans are totally plagued. Actually these minds are far worse than the garbage sites.

There is also this myth that dog is impure. So far I haven’t read it in the translation of the Quran. But I know that Caliph Omar said that even if a dog went hungry by the banks of the Euphrates the lord of the Hosts would hold him accountable on the Day of Judgment. I also know that there was this prostitute…she came across a thirsty dog by the riverside & she filled water for him from the river & fed him. It has been said that all her sins were forgiven & this incident was narrated by none other than the Holy Prophet (PBUH). By the way, the Holy Prophet also had cats as pets. These are the things which are never being mentioned.

Coming back to those killers & the ones who came up with this bright idea – naturally I don’t think much of them & I don’t want to understand them either. These are absurd rules & what hurts me the most is that no one even files a suit against such acts. In fact, when we say that strays are being treated badly & these killings are wrong - we always hear this rotten argument “But humans are killed in the same manner & you are talking about dogs & cats.”

Well the killing of any being is wrong & that includes both humans & animals. Just because animals can’t protest, it doesn’t make their murder any less of a crime. All those people who are involved in this crime…I would say why don’t they go & kill Taliban residing in Karachi. Oh no but where these fucking Afghanis live, even the police cannot enter in that area! I don’t know if people would ever wake up. I don’t know if there’s ever going to be a change. I’ve just reached the conclusion that humans are cowards. Even those who keep mum when these killings are going on are cowards. When you allow intruders to stay in your city & to kill you & to terrorize you in the name of something that they do not know of– yes, then you are a coward!

Most of you know that we look after some cats on a small scale & we have kept them as pets & everyone who is related to us or who is a friend or who knows us by any means…he/she always has this advice – why don’t you guys get rid of these dirty cats? They are making your house dirty. You guys have to clean the shit & all. What I’ve seen is that people themselves don’t do any good & if they see anyone else doing a little bit of good work – they also have the audacity to ask that person to stop it. Now I can’t expect anything of such people. I know for sure that they can’t protest for animals, & I’m very sorry to say if ever time would come, they won’t be able to protest for themselves.

I’m extremely sorry for humans – the elevated apes. They don’t have any idea as to what is compassion. If they had any, animals wouldn’t have been murdered & tortured. Since God doesn’t guide the ungodly, so I don’t know where is the solution & I don’t know if this atrocity could ever end.
