  • originally addictive amphetamines (speed)

This is not rational medicine.

  1. don’t know how brain works.

  3. or what the drugs to do brain.
  4. or what the bad side effects could be.

  • MDs begin to prescriev in combination
  • 1997: causes heart valve damage

CURRENTLY

  • hunger/feeding behavior controlled by hormones in hypothalamus
  • pharmaceutical companies studying drugs that mimic/block effects
  • lots of effort, no results (yet)

so i will go for a nice run, it will be fun :)

then i think i will do

either pop pilates or a workout video whatever !!

this will be awesome!

and i will have a nice healthy lunch and it will be great !!!

Oh my god guys, they are getting bigger!!! The picture doesn’t do it heaps of justice but my arms are pretty solid now, they feel like solid rock now. 

Can I get a hellz yeah!

30 min elliptical resistance training.

50x pushup side crunch.

50x knee hug crunch.

20x left arm row (15lbs).

20x right arm row (15lbs).

40x right plank donkey kick.

40x left plank donkey kick.

80x crossover crunch.

20x rope pull crunch.

30x tricep dips.

5 min stationary bike random level 8.

workout, study, work, repeat. this is my life.

So, I need to work out. I haven’t done anything for 2 days. But i’m REALLY lazy. Like, my body is just lazy. Mentally, I want to go work out. But I can’t. I’m like, too tired. :P aany tips pr something to help me?

it makes me feel a bit excited when I see the instruments, machines and techniques that the doctors use to run tests to see what poisons were in a patient’s body, etc… just because that biotechnology tech program basically drilled those type of things into my head for 2 years, and now I feel accomplished that I can recognize what their doing, how their doing it, why and what it will do to help them. :)

little trick I use and it works GREAT for summer and really hydrating and healthy for your skin.

go to the store: target walmart, walgreens etc. find the baby section find “baby oil GEL” MAKE SURE YOU GET THE GEL and not just the oil.

After showering stand in the shower naked with the water still dripping off your body (wipe your FACE with the towel only- this will prevent your face from getting oily)

squirt some of the gel in your hand and rub it in. lightly “comb” (fingers spread dragging lightly your hands over you) your body (legs arms stomach back butt) you may need a couple squirts of the gel to cover your whole body. Be careful not to over do the gel on your body. once you have a thin layer rub it in everywhere MAKE SURE YOUR BODY IS STILL WET FROM THE SHOWER THIS WILL HELP IT TO NOT BE SO THICK. rub in then dry off with your towel again this will make sure the oil isn’t so heavy on your skin. your done! oiled and sexy and shimmery. I do this twice a week just for good skin conditioning this is great if you are planning on wearing cute summer shorts or dresses and want your legs lookin’ FINE!



I can’t believe I did it! I’ve crossed another difficult milestone and now I’m 5 lbs away from my high school weight (which was 5 years ago).

Hard work + dedication = success and results. (Taken with picplz.)

The best way to start it off is by running. No more “I’ll go tomorrow” no more “later” it’s all about now!

I see this as a representation on how I will live my next year of life.  :)

So, I recently noticed that my boobs got smaller.

Naturally, I was a little upset. But they aren’t getting small enough to make me really upset, as I detailed before.

I told someone that I was upset by it, and she called me vain. That made me sad. Because, though I do have a healthy sense of vanity, this was obviously not said in that sense.

But I guess a slight downsize is okay, seeing as there are health benefits to it. d:

Dang, I think the government has been reading my blog! Someone, somewhere realized that the food pyramid of old was painfully hard to read, let alone follow. Now they’ve adopted a pie-chart plate, and I gotta say - it may not be high art, but it gets the job done. Can’t wait to see what the meat and diary lobbies have to say about it! And there’s not even a dessert/junk food allocation. What’s a PepsiCo to do?!? Ooooh-weee, I smell trouble… and I like it!

Most Provocative X-Rays Pinup Calendar

“Miss September” wears stiletto heels as she strikes a pose for the Eizo X-ray pinup calendar.

It seems there is always someone thinking up new ways to shock us. This year’s pin-up calendar features X-rayed not X-rated girls. Yes, you heard me right. Bizarre but true. This 2010 pin-up calendar is the weird brain child of a German advertising agency called Butter. The idea was to promote Eizo’s high-precision displays for medical imaging so they used X-rays to shoot the pin-up models.
The Butter Agency declares that “pin-ups are more often found in auto garages rather than in medical offices.” I’ll say. “Eizo breaks this taboo,” Butter boasts. “This pinup calendar shows absolutely every detail.”

Their ad promotion made quite a splash on the Coloribus ad archive recently. Ever since these bizarre pin-up photos have been making their rounds on the Internet like the bizarre version of a Playboy centerfold.
Apparently, this calendar is a promotion only kind of thing and is not available as an actual calendar though certainly plenty of guys have tried to procure one. When several emailed the company: “Sorry, you can’t get it here. However, we appreciate the impact it has had on Eizo’s U.S. brand recognition,” the company wrote back.
What’s next? First we have skeletal thin fashion models because of eating disorders and the beauty world’s pressure to be too thin. Now we are gonna X-ray them too for display as pin-ups?
